A record can hold questions, contradictions and things that keep appearing. Yet looking across that record takes a different kind of attention from making it.
Trueform gives that second act of reflection a place. Reflect helps you find words for your experience. Glimmers make room for what feels good. Constellation connects themes across entries; Insights offer readings you can question. Journey brings significant life moments and earlier perspectives back into view.
The purpose is to make your own experience easier to return to with context. Original sources, room to disagree and clear privacy boundaries are central to that work.

What is Trueform?
A private reflection product that helps you see connections across what you record. Reflect and Glimmers help you capture; Constellation, Insights and Journey help you explore and return.
How is it different from keeping a journal?
A journal preserves individual entries. Trueform also helps you explore supported themes and recorded relationships across those entries, question possible interpretations and revisit moments over time. Your original words remain the context.
Do I have to write every day?
There is no need to turn reflection into a daily performance. Write when you have something to record, or save a quick Glimmer. The picture will always depend on what you choose to share.
What if an Insight is wrong?
You can respond with Resonates, Partly, Not true or Not now, and change that response later. Review the original writing, inspect the supporting context or leave the interpretation aside.
Is it therapy or a personality test?
No. Trueform supports reflection and self-understanding. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis or crisis support, and it does not assign a fixed personality.
Can I use it now?
The existing web beta uses invitations. The waitlist lets us contact you when places become available; it does not grant immediate access. Native iPhone distribution remains in development and owner testing. There is no public App Store or Google Play download.
What does it cost?
Public pricing has not been announced. Joining the waitlist requires no payment. Access and any pricing would be explained before asking you to purchase.
How does end-to-end encryption work?
Trueform encrypts private content on your device before it is stored or synced. Your unlocked devices use your key to open it again; our storage systems do not hold a readable copy of that key. AI requests process relevant readable text separately, after your agreement. See how encryption works.
What does AI see?
Relevant writing and context is sent through Trueform’s server to OpenAI after your agreement. Some eligible reviews run while the app is open and unlocked. Stored private history remains end-to-end encrypted; AI requests are a separate readable processing step. Read the privacy explanation.
Can I export or delete my information?
Yes. You can export from an unlocked account or delete your account. Deletion removes content from the active service; provider logs and backups have separate retention schedules, and your own downloads are not remotely erased.
