Trueform is operated by Adam Humphrey. Trueform is for people aged 13 or older who live in the UK. Version: 5 October 2026, core AI agreement v2. Contact support@mytrueform.app.
Please give accurate eligibility information and keep your sign-in details safe. Do not share invitations or let another person use your account. If you are under 18, ask a trusted adult for help understanding these terms if anything is unclear.
A reflection tool
Trueform helps you record reflections and explore possible themes. AI interpretation is part of Trueform and can misunderstand you or make things up. A map label or interpretation is not a diagnosis, a test result or a fixed definition of who you are. You decide whether it fits.
Trueform does not provide medical advice, therapy, emergency support or professional advice. Do not rely on it for important health, legal or financial decisions. It does not continuously monitor your writing or contact emergency services for you. If there is immediate danger in the UK, call 999 or 112.
Your writing and choices
You keep your rights in your writing. You allow us to store and process the information you submit as needed to provide the features you choose, as explained in the privacy notice. We ask for explicit AI consent separately from these terms before you begin. You can withdraw it in Account. New reflections and AI requests then pause; existing history, export and deletion remain available.
Do not use the service to exploit or harm anyone, access someone else’s information, evade security controls, or submit material you have no right to use. Please avoid unnecessary personal information about other people.
Access, changes and leaving
We will explain any charge and its conditions before you agree to pay. Features and availability may change. We take reasonable care to provide the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Keep your password safe and export important writing securely. Losing your password and every remembered browser can make encrypted history unreadable. We cannot promise to recover a missing key. You can export your information or delete your account from Account.
We may restrict access to address security, abuse or legal requirements. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain and provide an opportunity to export. Nothing here excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support if you disagree with a decision or need help.
